Originally built as stand-alone emergency room clinic, the facility first opened in 2015 and later closed due to a corporate acquisition and resulting consolidation. The Property was later acquired by a developer who planned to convert the facility as a build-to-suit ASC for a medical group. The tenant went bankrupt prior to completion of the interior finish out. The work required to finish the space to “ASC shell condition” in accordance with industry and licensing standards, including installation of medical gas lines, vacuum pump, sinks, cabinets and nurse’s station, OR trusses, etc., is approximately 85% complete.
