Davoil renews as distribution tenant in Fort Worth’s Railhead Industrial Park.
Davoil renewed their 305,255-square-foot full-building lease with Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada to keep lighting giant Quorum International Inc.’s national distribution center firmly rooted in north Fort Worth.
Quorum International’s distribution hub is located at 401 Railhead Road, adjacent to its owner’s headquarters in Railhead Industrial Park. Talks went full circle within one month in direct negotiations with the landlord’s broker, Nick Talley, executive vice president and managing partner in the Fort Worth office of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Services.
“Railhead is the only industrial park in Tarrant County that’s dual rail-served by BNSF and Union Pacific,” Talley points out. “Quorum’s distribution center is well-positioned with direct access to the rail line.”
